工程塑料在高压连接器上的应用
对于新能源汽车,在电气单元中除了电池、电机、电控三电系统外,还有一个重要的电气单元—高压电气连接系统;
高压电气连接系统主要包括高压电线束和连接器,通过整车故障报修的统计,我们发现电气连接系统故障占有相当的比例,电气连接成为高压系统中较为薄弱的一个环节;
在电气连接系统中,连接器的质量尤为重要,这成为保障电连接安全可靠至关重要的原因,在中国我们依据GBIT20234来规范电动汽车传导充电用连接装置。
其中工程塑料在高压连接器上的应用,我们将从以下几方面把握材料的技术要求:
A:电气性能:
接触电阻、绝缘电阻、耐电压、额定电流、温升;
B:机械性能:
插入力、分离力、接触件保持力、锁紧机构保持力、抗拉强度使用寿命等;
C:工作环境:
高低温、潮湿、低气压、防水、防尘、浸油、盐雾、霉菌、耐老化。
